Wouldn't it be awesome if we lived in a place no president ever had any interest in visiting?

So will it be 75 north or south they close down when the president is leaving? Trying to see if I should aim to leave early or late from work.

LOL! I'm sure we'll be hearing calls for Obama's impeachment for impacting rush hour by the end of the day...

This is by no means an Obama exclusive, but good lord, what selfish jerk on his staff found it reasonable to leave between 5-6 pm, in Atlanta, utilizing the connector... for FUNDRAISING. This is a certifiable A Hole move.

No president should be allowed to do this.

Thank you, I was thinking the same thing. I see a bunch of whiners in this thread. We should be HONORED that the President is visiting our city, especially in a state that does nothing but criticize him. Regardless of what you think of him, he is our President and deserves way more respect than too many people in this country are giving him.

Definitely.

But planning a Presidential motorcade through the middle of Atlanta at 5pm is showing very little respect for the people of Atlanta. This is America, one man should not be privileged enough to cause this much inconvenience for the sake of their own convenience.

BTW, I'm would bet the Pres himself had nothing to do with the planning of his departure time.
