"Atlanta a poor choice for real estate investment, report says
City is overbuilt, ‘bloodbath coming’ in construction-crazy Buckhead, Urban Land Institute says"

I miss the 90's....

excellent.

I had seen an earlier rendering, it looked different, also glass but with some wavy oceanic lines.

Either way it's good. I love Midtown's mix of modern glass towers and stone art deco.... it's like Gotham City meets the future.

I like the unique roof. No one should ever build a tower in Atlanta if it doesn't have a unique rooftop, we're on a roll with our skyline.

Pretty much every one of Atlanta's tallest buildings (including this one) would be a "signature" skyscraper in any other city.

I could see Fendi, Yves Saint Laurent, Ermenegildo Zegna, and others moving in. List is already exclusive so far.

So Universal Gear closed because of large scale thefts? My friends here shop at the the new one they built in DC.

Were the employees stealing from the Atlanta store to cause enough of a loss to put it out of business?

No, back2dc. We have had a horrible run of smash and grab thefts of boutiques in the last year. Some stores have been hit multiple times. Sadly, there have been several gangs of Nawlins folks responsible for many of these.
