Oh, please! The Georgia DOT was rife with corruption and good ole boy cronyism until just now. THAT is the reason for all of the budget problems that have been uncovered.

Well, we don't have to wait until Greg gets off work tonight...because I will gladly shut down this thread in a heart-beat, if this keeps up.
