I would check out Princeton Lakes, Wyncreek Estates and Regency Hills

Sure. If you like 1980s Carprices on 30" wheels, Gucci Mane is your hero and hate diversity, Camp Creek is right up your alley.

I do like the Johnny Carino's there.

The Zaxby's is always packed, like they are giving away chicken!

There are some nice homes in the area and a lot of neighborhoods are not finished (like everywhere else) so you can get really good deals.

Thanks for the update Randy!!! We saw some nice houses and great deals as you mention in several subdivisions. I understand that the schools in the area are not great but Atlanta school system in general is not great! I had a chance to speak with our potential neighbors and he has his kids in private school. The neighborhood is predominately African American middle class black, which we like. I don't have any kids yet but maybe in the next 5 years.

Depending on which area of Camp Creek, you can get APS or Fulton County schools, fwiw....
