I saw where a McDonalds is "coming soon" according to the sign on Exit 11 in Graniteville. This exit seems to have some potential with Bridgestone and the Sage Creek housing development out there.

Noticed that myself coming home from Columbia last weekend. As excited as friends and other locals in Graniteville got over the Huddle House and the Dunkin Donuts, I'm sure the McDonald's will be well-received, too.

Lots of earth starting to be cleared/moved at VAR across from Cabela's… I'm assuming this is the movie theater starting to take shape. More foot traffic, more sales for Cabela's/Costco, more interest from possible future occupants.
