We weren't impressed by the layouts overall, but then again, we're not a fan of most new house layouts anyway.

that's it!

That's two full miles away from Avery Ranch and in a different city. People rely on this site to get accurate information in regards to relocation.

Ah, I live in R@BC and we love it. It is a totally different vibe than Avery Ranch. We lived there for a while. To me, it has more trees and is quieter and slightly more community oriented than Avery Ranch. Avery Ranch is very nice. We are also Cedar Park vs. Austin so we have different laws/taxes than AR.

That's not Avery Ranch. But hey, what's accuracy when you're making ***** up anyway?

Dude, for real, almost every single one of your posts is complete misinformation.

That is a neighborhood of SP, Drees, and someone else
Northwoods at Avery Ranch. Some really nice homes there, but the p/s/ft is a little steep, IMO. If you're commuting to DT though and close to the metro rail, it might be attractive.

Hi Folks
Anyone here buy a new Drees home at Northwoods ? What is the average price / sqft ? What upgrades did they offer you ? Any thoughts on the process overall?
