Cavs were NEVER the better team they play in the sorry eastern conference and warriors had their best starters injured bogut and barnes plus curry's health was questioned. This is no different then 2013 finals when everyone knew spurs shoulda won.
Doesn't matter. The "better" team at the time they played one. Injuries, records - doesn't matter. The 2 teams made it to the finals in entirely different paths. Gs and the Cavs had 7 games to show who was better in the series, and it came down to a game 7, and the Cavs were better.
I choose to praise teams that find a way to win, even if others say choke or easy division or whatever. When you are the champion, you are the best.
Warriors had to win a game. A. single. game. Out of three. Two at home.
I don't want to hear about missing Andrew freaking Bogut. I don't want to hear about Draymond Green.
They were up 3-1.
They got beat by a team with a better leader. LeBron is a legend. Steph Curry faded in the biggest game of his life.
Cavs fans really don't want to hear about injuries after last year's finals.
I never understood how people use injuries as an excuse. Injuries are variables of a team's overall performance just as the fatigue of players. It's just like any other risk factor.

you sound like Cavs fans last yr when they felt about having better team with kyrie and love missing playoffs...it is what it is
When you win 73 games, have the MVP, COTY, supposedly the best "system" and a deep roster you're supposed to adjust to any teams adjustments.
during the regular season opposing teams don't have time to adjust due to playing different teams each night...in playoffs, a team can concentrate on just one team...I'd give Tyrone Lue his due for adjusting after game 4.....
I think a healthy Cleveland would have won last year too. Remember that they didn't have Kyrie Irving or Kevin Love for the finals. It was Lebron himself vs the Warriors.
Didn't LeBron also finish before Curry in the Finals MVP race last year too or am I mistaken?
