big island events (Hilo: live, shops, garden)

in today's honolulu advertiser, here are some things to do:

kona coffee fest: begins november 8. different activities for 3 days at the outrigger keauhou beach resort.

black and white night: this friday in hilo. a strolling party featuring live jazz, a treasure hunt, food samples and more.

the galaxy garden at paleaku peace gardens sanctuary: 9am tuesdays, wenesdays and thursdays.

Black and White night...good fun. A reason to stop into shops you normally don't make time to get into! Great music last year.

wish i could be there. won't be making another trip until probably december.
