I find it disrespectful that people are coming in here and hijacking the damn thread to promote their own religious agenda. Shame on you people >.>
As for the OP's post, it depends. Some Buddhists believe that everyone goes to hell (it's a technicality though, to some), while others believe it depends solely on your own actions.
Buddhists do not believe in hell. Hell is a disciplinary construct, nothing more.
Buddhism is NOT a religion, it's a spiritual approach to living an observant and respectful life, especially with respect for other non-human life forms. Buddha was not a God. It is therefore roundly despised by Christians, Muslims and the Chinese government because it does not espouse complete spiritual and behavioural control over others.
Christianity would do well to emulate many of it's basic tenets.
As I've come to better understand my own faith's thinking it's not really the opposite either. Buddhists who never knew don't all go to Hell or Heaven. A Buddhist who is knowingly in a state of evil or just is evil will be judged for that. Looking up Buddhist precepts a Buddhist who has spent a life devoted to killing, stealing, lying, having exploitative sexual relationships, or being intoxicated is gravely sinful. Also I think the bare-bones standard of "Love God and your neighbor" is still seen as applying to most everyone. A pre-contact Eskimo who lives a life of hatred toward "God", as s/he understands *it, and his fellow Eskimo is possibly damned. A Buddhist may not have any concept of any God, but they are not living a life of hostility or violence to God or Man.
I may have intended to say more or say something clearer, but that might be all for now.
*I've read contradictory things on Eskimo/Inuit religion. Still I think they have some concept of blasphemy or hostility to the good/ultimate.
I believe that all Buddhists will go to hell -- but, to balance it out, all Christians will reincarnate. Eventually, they'll reincarnate as Buddhists, and then they'll go to hell. Eventually, hell will fill up, and condemned souls will be given early release and allowed into heaven. Eventually, those in heaven will start raising a stink that hell is inhumane. Hell finally will be closed down and turned into a museum, and everyone eventually will end up in heaven. So it's all going to work out in the end.
If we assume that scripture is accurate, they would not be going to hell. The original hebrew bible did integrate the concept of hell into its beliefs/philosophy. The hell concept wasn't integrated into christianity until the Dark Ages. On the other hand, rationality says there's no such thing as hell because there's no evidence to support such a belief. Also, if we make the presumption that there is an omnibenevolent god then it would be contradictory in their nature to send someone to be tortured for all eternity, especially for something as menial as unbelief in their existence. In answer to your question, Buddhists don't go to hell, that is assuming there is a hell and that there is an omnibenevolent god. Also, if there's an omnipotent god, why would they even care what an insignifant human does/believes.

Unfortunately...you got the two beliefs mixed up :/ Buddhists believe in reincarnation, so even if they do go to hell, it'll only be temporary. Whereas Christian beliefs, hell is forever (just like diamonds are forever)
