my daughter texted me to tell me about it. She works on the Kaleida campus. They are saying it was a domestic issue, between the shooter and victim. Many prayers going that way today. It immediately brought back memories of when the nurses aide was shot and killed by her husband on the steps of the Millard Gates nursing school years ago

Given the recent luck of murdering MD's he should just turn himself in. He could excuse himself by explaining that in addition to the long, stressful hours inherent to his profession that he was also drinking before surgery and accidentally picked up a firearm instead of a similarly shaped surgical instrument. At that point the firearm went off, he knew the bullet hit something but was not certain as to what it was due to the influence of the alcohol.
