Doesn't the city have an "even-odd" parking policy? You can park on the side of the street with even numbered addresses on even numbered days, odd side on odd days? People should try NYC. If it is 6 am to move a car? Depending on where you are, tow trucks will follow the cops giving tickets and tow to impound. Nearly happened to us at 6:03 when visiting friends, in Manhattan
It's winter. You shouldn't be parking on the major streets in this Metro Area. They need to plow. Most towns it is Nov 1 to April 1.
