I just find it funny that someone will try and speak about the "educated" citizens of Oakland, when OUSD can't even keep students, or teachers, in school. That's laughable to me.

And yet Oakland has basically the same percentage of Graduate Degrees as Mission Viejo.

Makes one wonder if kids in MV are too spoiled because they don't seem to accomplish more once they actually grow up.

I mean, with all those advantages, at least 60% of MV should have a Bachelor's and 30% should have a Graduate Degree.

Oh well.

Seems to me people in MV dont need as many college degrees as oakland to live the good life. Looks like they figured that out just fine. Oakland by contrast...
