Nope. Lets cut the income of people who pay taxes, support our economy, and save my a$$ when I call. The welfare recepient doesn't carry you out of your house, when it is on fire or you are having a heart attack. The welfare recepient doesn't save you, when someone is breaking into your home, beating you or raping your wife.

Yep. Lets cut from them and give the people who have no value and/or make no contribution to society more money.
I totally and completely agree! and yes highnlite, I am supporting the rightwing with this! I am studying law right now and I sure as hell don't want my paycheck cut when people on welfare don't do sh*t.

A. To think that there is a skew in either teacher training or in California students without a speck of evidence to support that idea, is, irrational.
B. There is a valid reason for the poor scores, you need to actually do some research.
Somehow a student who learns in a mudhut in china w/ 10 year old textbooks attains a higher level of education .. Yeah, nothing wrong w/ the teachers/students who learn in $508 millions schools, newest edition of books, and technology..

Yep, irrational as hell to think there is something wrong w/ the obvious ...
I went to school in FL .. Surprise .. we don't have the idiot taxes california has and I did just great ... I didn't go to school in a $575 million waste of space either ...
http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2010/0...itle=undefined

I was in magnet school/honors/AP classes for the majority of my education... The biggest difference in quality of education was that I was separated from all of the jack wagons that wanted to 'F' around all day and grouped w/ students who actually wanted to learn. We aren't all created equal and a good majority of how people turn out is due in large part to their own actions... Trying to spend money fighting this fact will result in a lot of wasted money and punishment of those who are actually trying to work hard and do the right thing.

So how about you stop being illogical and think back to the difference between Regular courses / AP / Honors courses.
Some people are just idiots who don't wanna learn .. Some just have a different aptitude ...
Same teacher.. somehow some get F's, D's while others get A's B's .. Oh, I got a liberal solution ........

MONNNNNNNAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAYYYYY ! THAT WILL FIX EVERYTHING
If you want to learn, you'll learn and succeed .. Pissing money at the problem wont fix a go*****m thing and its high time we stop letting these morons in this state who enjoy giving more of their money away so they can sleep feeling like they changed the world even though they are making it worse dictate what happens to the rest of people's money

Damn straight, first, cut the state water deliveries to the welfare farmers.

Was not the point. You said you would vote for it, if state employee's wages were cut. Well they will be.

Once again, people (you) are liars and mouthpieces. You SAY you will do XY, and Z, IF such and such is done. Well, it was done and you still run

Simple fact: You are total, worthless liberal/socialist. You want all your free socialist programs and you want someone else to pay for them. You want, want, want, and want somemore. Yet, don't want to do ANYTHING to get that want.

YOU are the reason California is in the position its in now.

Can you tell us what Conservatives have ever done for this country? Start at the beginning.

Here let me help, they wished to perpetuate slavery, does that trouble you at all?

No his plan is to cut pay for state employees that do not have collective bargaining agreements. Meaning Non Union, so that doesn't mean squat.

I didn't say get rid of it completely. Cut welfare program budgets before cutting public services.
