Good, does this mean they won't build any more restaurants in CA? I hope so because their food sucks.
Moving their headquarters to Texas won't allow them to circumvent CA regulations.

Just a bunch of bs propaganda. Moving their headquarters out of state won't have any bearing on their claims which are related mostly to their store employees, not HQ. Enjoy texas.

The permitting issues are really something the state needs to address, though I doubt they will.

The stores are franchised so those employees aren't their problem.
