Stockton and sacramento should have around the same number of gang members as Fresno. Something about this report is fishy. I highly doubt we have the 4th most gang members in the country yet alone state.

Who compiled this list? Any links? This list is a hoax. There is no way on earth Fresno has more gang members than cities like NY or Detroit. The population figures just won't justify it. Where is Oakland? Las Vegas? This list is trolling.

If the crime rate in area identified as having a large gang presence is relatively low, doesn't that suggest some of those "gangs" should be re-classified as social clubs? I'm not sure I appreciate the incidence of gang membership independent of crime-rate.
