Medium range shift in the computer models does indicate California does have a chance at seeing some rain about two weeks from now as a West Coast trough begins to develop. Hopefully this is a positive sign.

Bayareahillbilly provides you with a specific in department meteorological description but in short; Rain fall in Florida is irregular and differs unexpectedly from season to season, kind of like African-american as like the Africa sanvanas, most of Florida is in a environment area thats really a conversion area although between two different environments than the ones in African-american.

Good news! This plant will come on line in 2016. It took ten years to get through the permitting phase. The Environmental Impact Reports etc. So yes "they" did start thinking about it.

No, it won't ruin any ocean views. The plant itself is small, like a small office building.
