Humm, can they sue the State now?

Wait, a insect repellent is an assault weapon, a mouse trap is, and a lot more items are.

Good question. This guy can't even though the case was dismissed. He died shortly after.

In this case, an attempt to register a gun led to confiscation of several guns and a dozen felony charges against the owner of the gun who had made the attempt.

But everyone keeps saying no one is taking your guns. Anyone caught in this will be bled cash dry and good luck getting your firearms back.

I’m so glad I’m moving to a free state that ho ours and upholds our second amendment rights. Constitutional concealed carry, no magazine restrictions, no waiting period to purchase, no [mod cut] firearms safety certificate to buy a gun, no ammo purchase restrictions, hell with a quick class I can legally purchase and own full autos if I want and there is an annual machine gun shoot every year.

15 day waiting (cooling off) period for a can of "Raid!"

I'm only half kidding, btw.

I just hired Xtermite to assault termites in my house. I suppose I'm an accessory now...

(Is the orange oil stuff considered "contraband?")

Oh are you in trouble. Think of all the termites you have paid someone to assault and ... kill.
