Jerry Browns 10k Project caused this. It's happening in all cities across America, even in the lower income parts of the city. West Oakland is now full of whites buying up Lofts.

Caucasian does not always equate to White, except in terms of statistics maintained by the U.S. government for some reason.

The reason I question this is because many of the Neighborhoods I know have gone from predominantly African American to Hispanic/Latino since the 2000 Census...

It will be interesting to see what the 2010 Census Reports on the changing Demographics of California Cities...

I wonder which type of people are being double counted (they add up to about 120%), it would be interesting to see, do these number represent ethnicities, races or some are ethnic groups, while others races?

Probably "Hispanic/Latino" many of them Identify as whites.

wondering same thing other races category and the minor ones too also and think you can choose more than one.
