It is almost impossible even if you change the price to 1 Million.

Yes. What happened to the Clovis/Fresno area? Didn't you receive a rec for a realtor in that area?

I went to great schools in Lafayette, in a house my parents bought for $32,000 in 1960. That house is now valued at $2,322,589.00 and the median home price in Lafayette is $2.2 million. School quality and ratings have a huge effect on home prices, your goal may be impossible.

Parental involvement is also very important. Students who get help & support at home will excel in any school. If you are based in Fresno, it is probably the best option to stay put.

Those damn drugs seem to not discriminate, they're everywhere.

Be it a "10" or a "2" that damn junk is there.
