I'm looking for a town with 8,000- 15,000 people. It has to be at least one hour from Los Angeles and has to be a private town with nothing in the distance for atleast 30 minutes. It must have a elementary, middle, and high school, as well as a cemetery. Please let me know of your findings. Thank you

Thank you all for writing back. And to the question on why it must have those schools is because I would like my kids to socialize, make friendships, learn to be a team player and so forth.

Antelope or something right along the Grapevine before you hit LA. Tehachpi is good choice, but might be a little more than hour from LA. Frazier Park I think might meet all his criteria.
