What is the best way using the public transportation to commute from Temecula/Murrieta/Hemet/Sun City to Los Angeles and San Diego week days?

jtsigma is on a distinguished road
nightsoul2008, to LA I would catch the Metrolink in corona. It takes ~1.25 hours to get to downtown LA from corona.
