Out of the list, I do prefer living in OC. However, if I could live anywhere in CA, I would choose the Lake Tahoe area!

Naw. If you took a look at the polls carefully you'll see that everyone is voting for their area that they already live in so it's not even a fair poll. Plus Angelenos tend to stick in the L.A. forum.

Los Angeles downtown and other skylines
(downtown L.A. is way in the back and in the front is other skylines that are in L.A.)

don't know what you are referring to, but L.A. most defiantly has a downtown.

Take a look at some other Los Angeles picture threads that show beautiful sides of the city.

My guess is you never been to L.A. so you don't know squat, but that's OK. If L.A. is so run down why does Michael Jackson live there?

I advise you see these pictures first to get a better view of L.A.

I actually really enjoy LA and could have voted for it. I think it has way better places to eat than San Francisco. Shhhhhhhh, the Korean food there alone puts any Koreanfood up here to shame.

This is base off information I've read from others and reviewed. Yes, Los Angeles has many shopping districts and tons of things to do etc... it's a nice city, though when speaking of downtown like San Francisco, San Diego, Seattle, Chicago, New York, etc.... Los Angeles downtown as I've read and observe is not like, nor similar, and from my recent reading less desirable. Though as I know, and from reading etc.... there are changes making way to make the downtown more viberant etc... Los Angeles experience sprawl which may have contributed to the reasons of how the downtown area is now.

Still observing the polls

I didn't answer the poll. If I could live anywhere in California and money was not an issue, I'd probably pick the north bay area. I wasn't sure if you'd want that answer lumped in with San Francisco. I don't really want to live IN SF. Because money is an issue, I'd probably pick the Sacramento area for the lower cost of living than the bay area, and close enough to Tahoe for skiing.

No, it isn't like others, but it still has one.
