It was "the act of" being condescending, not the emotion of feeling it I was referring to.

And also, saying people can't sway you to feel one way or another is liberalized psychology crap. That's part of why California's bought into the mentality that one can't think for or defend themselves.

Doubling the car-tax would be a good idea, but seeing as how alot of people depend on them for everyday life and own multiple, that would be lighting a flare near the leaking propane tank.

As for myself, I maintain my Class-A CDL for when I'm good to get trucking again.
Until then, bicycle 15 mile round trips to work and back, no sweat, plenty of chills with this uneven Victor Valley weather that never fails to not be in sync with the rest of the SouthWest.

Hoooollllly cowabunga, I state that one is responsible for ones feelings and you state that I said people can't think for themselves,

A little cognitive dissonance here.

Why is doubling any tax a good idea?

Californians already pay a premium to operate vehicles in this State...

Clarks,

If you can't make the connection with that sentence, particular with the transition of "that is part of the reason" I can't explain it to you.
