I've seen cars around here that cost 120k! Perhaps that might be an option as well..a really nice car- bring a few sleeping bags and voila!

Her husband is taking a very early retirement due to health reasons and they are tired of the heat in the Dallas area. A couple months ago my brother said my niece bought a home in Yucca Valley for a little more then $80k. It needs a bunch of work done though because it wasn't kept up.
