Yeah, if we stop the practice ... we would need to just stay on DST.

If we stay on ST, then we won't get sunrise until 8:50am on Jan 1st (here anyways).

I can see how starting too many days in darkness can be damaging.

Mister Ford says that Ontario WILL stop changing the clocks soon even if Quebec and NY doesn't?

Does the almighty Ford have that power?

Does he have a parliamentary majority? And what about ON's borders with Manitoba, Minnesota and Nunavut? While we're at it, aren't there borders with Wisconsin and Michigan in Gitchigoomie?

Is ST, standard time or summer time? Summer time is DST, and would result in 8:50am sunrise in Jan.1. Standard time would maintain it at 7:50am on that date as it's present.
