I would avoid the chicken livers. I have heard there is some toxicity associated with eating a lot of liver due to all the hormones in it.

Small amounts are fine. I always give my cat a small piece of liver when I give her the rest of the chicken. It's her favorite part, too!

A lot would be dangerous, and would give the cat diarrhea. Five percent of a meal is not a lot.
