HA HA. If you have good name ideas I'll take'em. I was just going to name them after billiard/video game/jukebox stuff. But first we have to see how many cats we end up with!
Mmm. Video games. We could do a theme. Mario, Luigi, King Coopa, Princess Toadstool, gah- what was the lil dinosaur's name...YOSHI!
I've tried naming cats before they grew into them.. sometimes it just doesn't work! Like Cinders, for example.. the poor dear. People call her "butt-fuzz, or jingle-butt" (because of the bell on her lil pink collar) endearingly, of course.. but still... BUTT FUZZ? how can you answer to BUTT FUZZ!!!
Sometimes I just stop and ponder.. my poor cats, lol.
We're all coming up with our business themed names ideas. I've got a pretty long list already. But there's the offical name and the names cat get called at home. And let me tell you they seem to pick their names.
You have gotten lots of good advice here. However, I did everything to get Elizabeth (a pregnant stray cat who adopted us a long time ago) ready and she gave birth on my sweater dryer, which was on top of the actual dryer, in the basement. I didn't even know that she had given birth until I saw her walking around the house considerably thinner. She gave birth while I was at work. I didn't even hear the kittens. Your adoptee will give birth whereever she wants and when it's time. Your dad is wonderful. He's definitely a keeper. Lucky you.
Momma Mali is still here. Right now she's lounging by my desk.
But here's the funny.....okay...well not funny....
Dad talked to the owner of the cat today.
"Oh we've had her fixed!"
