I enjoyed his comedy so much. I recall the first time I saw him live, I had only known him as the dad from Full House. His stand up was raunchy and hysterical. The shock value was great, but he was genuinely funny. I became a fan and tried to see him whenever he was performing near me. World lost a truly funny man. thanks for all the laughs and I wish some peace to those that loved him.

I've never seen him but I've read he put on a really raunchy, great show, so different than Danny Tanner which probably made it funnier because Danny would never say those things lol
Very sad and it seemed like he was really enjoying the stand up stuff again.
Something I found odd is that one of the articles I was reading about his passing had a sentence at the end that referenced "if you or someone you know needs help...suicide hotline."
I just assumed he had a heart attack or something else, but that little extra paragraph really threw me for a loop!!

I don’t think suicide/drugs are likely. He had just performed a show on his tour on Saturday night and posted on Twitter about how thrilled he was and how quickly his two hour performance had gone by. He had been tweeting daily about his shows with similar comments.

He had been in Jacksonville on Saturday night for the show, had posted on Twitter shortly after the show and apparently flew or drove to the hotel in Orlando where he posted another upbeat message on Twitter on Sunday morning.
It sounds as though he was feeling good and happy to be doing what he loved. Then he was just gone like that.
This pretty much had to be some sort of sudden cardiac event. It's always a shock when this happens to someone with so much life in them but it happens. Bob was a good guy who was loved by many that is for sure.

Someone I work with today told me he had non-Hodgkins Lymphoma, not sure if that's true or not.

I think it was Michael Lang, co founder of Woodstock, that just died of NH lymphoma.
