I was wondering the same thing just for the fact that the stogies might get whipped out.

If you look at their website photos people are holding cigarettes and there are ashtrays on the bar ... but there's no telling when the pictures were taken.

No smoking inside anywhere in Summerville but Montreux has a great covered porch and they have service out there...

The law is fairly new so the pictures are probably old....
