Hello Everyone, I currently live in Savannah, Georgia area (Rincon, GA to be exact) and will be starting my new job with Vought. My wife and son will stay back until the end of the school year and then hopefully we will sell our house and they will join me.
I am looking for a decent apartment that I will lease for 6-8 months and then we will look towards the Summerville area to lease a house until we decide on buying versus building a home.
I visited the area this past weekend and think I have seen every apartment complex there is on the North end/ Summerville area. I am looking for information regarding traffic. I will be working at Vought, located at the Charleston International Airport off of International Drive.
Although schooling is not important while it is just me there, security, especially my vehicle and apartment is important. I would appreciate hearing from locals, and others that now live there. I have thought about renting in the Tradition at Summerville or at Farmington Village. However, this is not set in stone, as I just need a decent place to stay while away from my family but I do not want to be fighting traffic all the way to and from work.
