I imagine the asking rent is extremely high due to the high profile location and size of the building. It would be great to get that building occupied though.

The latest was that they had a design that the city rejected because it didn't fit the area. Why does it take 8 months to redo the design?

The design for the corner entrance was rejected but a redo was submitted some weeks ago. Don't know what the outcome was on that design submittal. I thought the original design was kinda cool but you know the BAR doesn't go for "cool".

Carolina Ale House was supposed to go there in that location, and open in October, but obviously that isn't going to happen.

I'm just guessing, but I would imagine the minimum rent in the Millenium building would be in the range of $20-$30k per month.
