I was just expressing agreement. I'm not sure what that has to do with feeling better.

Sorry. But the flag DOES represent the things that the Klan and other hate groups believe in. So let them have it.

It represents the idea that one race is inferior to another. That is not my opinion, that is historically correct.

Lynnard Synnard does not represent the best of Southern music. Nor was "Dukes of Hazard" a very good TV show. I do think that both that music group and TV show, pander to the "worst element" of Southern culture.

Sorry. When I think of "Southern Culture" I think more about Falkner, Capote, McCulllers, Harper Lee, Flannery O'Connor, and The Oxford Review, a literary magazine that I subscribe to, not "The Dukes of Hazard".

Sorry, I just thought you wanted to get in on shouting down unsanctioned dissent. I just figured it would make you feel better.

What's really funny is that these anti-flag folks who are having "One" flag removed from "One" Flag pole, actually believe this is progress of some kind. Another "feel good" do nothing, waste of time and resources. These folks are a Joke....the biggest racists of all, keeping racism alive and well at every opportunity because they have nothing useful to do in their shallow lives.

What's next "do gooders?" No white sheets hanging on clothes lines?

You sound like such a sanctimonious hypocrite. It's almost like you really believe that everywhere else in America is the essence of racial harmony, my naive little suburbanite.

Now if the federal capital will only drop their obstinate resistance to changing their NFL franchise. I guess we've still got a long way to go up North.

Well, when the Democrats put the flag up over the capital, that's exactly what they were doing. This is not the first time Republicans have had to go to war against the Confederate Battle Flag.
