Funny, it isn't my fave by any means. I prefer the garage by the end of the house. However, I find myself not bothered by what makes other people happy, that doesn't bother me. You, and others on this thread, seem to think your opinions should stretch to other people's home. I took umbrage at that. Toodles.

I don't have a dog in the fight, but couldn't resist, and won't contribute again!
A $6,250,000 "snout" house. Maybe Ziggy, and the others who know better, should have it torn down.

A snout house is what the builder puts up and people tolerate it. I wouldn't say it what makes people happy. Its like putting a pool in the front yard.

I think you're.a little confused on what a snout house is. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Snout_house
Aside from a front entry garage, that house has nothing in common with a snout house.

If Maidstone Drive is still in CP, it's damn sure snout houses. You don't even have to get up. Google Maps street view is your friend.

But seriously, let it go. You've proven that your opinion, on things which affect you in now way, are more important than the folks who have to live it.

Says the man worried about the opinion of a stranger on the internet who lives 5 states away's opinion of somebody else's house. You're the one bringing it up.

Charleston is still my home. I'll continue to read about it as I may return. Further, this issue apparently isn't limited to only Charleston, as you are the one who tried to use a potential limit in Cedar Rapids as your example.

Just....can't ......let....it......go.

Must have been an officer.
