I like RB's Restaurant at Shem Creek in Mt. Pleasant. It is kid and family friendly.

you still like rb's uscjoe? i think it used to be so much better. and the whole fighting over the parking is so petty but the restaurant is really cool inside.

shem creek bar and grill on the other side is good too. gosh - practically everywhere is good!

I haven't been to RB's in a few months and am not aware of a parking problem. However, the food is reasonably priced, fairly good and a fun place for families, particularly sitting out on the porch overlooking Shem Creek.

Mello Mushroom Gilligans Crave etc are all pYA/Monarch type foods type places. the food is mediocre and the staff has zero personality and way too pricet for the junk they serve, but if your from out of town, your the target resteraunt for these type of places. Look for where the locals eat--I mean real Charlestonians not these transplants that live in park west.
