As I've stated, housing costs in Charleston are unsustainable! When you have an economy based upon the service industry, you can't maintain averge housing prices in the upper $100k to mid $200k.

I doubt *that* VERY, very seriously.

Look at all the mil $ bonuses handed out to AIG upper mgmt and too many other ceo's in big wall street conglomerates.. People that actually got us into the current financial mess we're in!! It's no wonder that the common folk are so *pssed* off. Even our president has taken notice and is working to over tax them if they don't return it.

Don't even get me started on my "hard work" rant about underpaid menial labor that is so detrimental to our country, but so devalued. Could any of those wall streeter's be capable of being an office asst? digging ditches in the heat and cold? serving in fast food restaurants? being an EMT, being linement in hurricanes?? They'd die in a minute.

.. or maybe my rant is more like complaining about OVERPAID, upper management individuals who sit in big offices with secretaries that do their real work while they practice their putts in their plush office.

ARGGGGHHH! This is a topic that riles my soul.
