Well, I've been learning about the area and trying to figure out where to live. There are a ton of good choices. Mount Pleasant is very popular but, strangely enough, I have not found something there I want to rent. I'm down to a townhouse in Lake Palmetto, a townhouse in downtown Daniel Island, a house in Park Circle, and a house in Isle of Palms. If there was an updated (moderately priced) townhouse/house on the golf course in Snee Farm, I'd seriously consider that. There doesn't seem to be any in the MLS. Does anyone know of one available or soon to be available?
