I can only think is to attend zoning meetings if their is a yellow zoing sign see if it has what type of zoning and attend the meeting.
I now know which house you are talking about they put out this huge jack 0 latern out every October. (I would love to own that house)
We have new local leaders on the city board and hopefully they will adhere to guidelines set by the former.
Parks Cheverolet was given very strict guidlines in the design and use of the property that it now sits on.
That is a major feeder road between the two Huntersville exits so the residents of that area really need to let their voices heard to point writing letters to each leader.
