I would be interested in hearing your perspective on why the gang lifestyle appears to be a growing phenomena nationally. Is it drug related, as I have suggested in another post, or is it more cultural and not related to drugs at all?

I am sorry if I don't know the exact "street" definition of ebonics; however, I would say most of us on here would consider it "ebonics" or some form of "street language" to use words like "clown" or "packing heat" or "banging". Perhaps this language does not fit the webster definition of "ebonics", so enlighten us if it does not.
