Park South Station Ryan Homes (inspector, live in, drywall)

Hello! i was hoping folks who have bought in Ryan homes development Park South Station could tell me about their experiences with Ryan Homes and NVR.

Also wondering if the quality of the home built for you matched the quality of the model homes they show you.

Bought at Park South Station and enjoy it. I feel like Ryan Homes did a great job. Great warranty service. No complaints here.

We live in PSS. This is our third home purchase. We hired an inspector who did not find major problems but did find some things that needed to be addressed (which I missed I might add). I also gave Ryan a list of probably 60 items I wanted fixed. Ryan happily made all the fixes. Most issues were superficial. Overall we're very happy with the place and the quality. I would have to say that the "finish" of the place (drywall, etc) needed a lot of touching up. Our place did compare to the model homes. Town homes are doing up like crazy right now. They have a least 5 town home sections (of 4 to 5 units each) going up right now; and I constantly see people scouting the area. We especially like how a lot of the neighbors are around our age with little childern/babies.
