That's such great news. Finally a good, non-chain restaurant at the Arboretum! I love their pizza and salads. The space seems a little small for them but I bet the location does really well.

The two spaces next to Avanti are vacant as well, so Portofino may be able to knock down a wall.

They could also potentially take over the Blockbuster space.

I tried to go to the greek place Cluckers on Pinville-Mathews over the weekend.... I didn't realize it had closed :-(

Is the any place to get gyro south of the city?

Not sure. I don't have a reference for what Christians normally sell for. You know on those going out of business sales that they sometimes jack the price up, then show a big discount.

They just moved to that location too. They thought they could capitalize on being right next to Elevation Church. Sometimes an established business moving locations ends up killing them.
