y, Texas Roadhouse will be opening in a larger location on 74 near Matthews Township Pkwy.
A large buffet place (Ryan's, IIRC) opened recently nearby and it is packed everytime I ride by.

It is not all doom and gloom.

It's not doom and gloom if you say the magic word BUFFET it seems.
I am curious to see how Texas Roadhouse does. I have never eaten there.
I am sure Outback right down the road is curious as well.

Smith & Hawken at Phillips Place is going out of business. They're having a 90% off sale this weekend.

I rode by Mickey & Mooch yesterday about 4:45 and the place looked completely closed. No activity at all even though their website says they open at 4:30. Anyone know if they did close down?
