We live in Indian Trail, just on the other side of 485 and there are homes in that area in that range- Emerald Lake, The Divide, Fairhaven, Fieldstone Farms, just to name a few. But, again they are not IN Mint Hill, just near it- 8 minutes.

Versage, and maybe St. Ives, are going to have the most homes in your price range available I think.

I've heard bad things about versage but what is the deal with St. Ives?

It's a finished neighborhood, maybe 10 years old, nice size yards, kind of near Versage actually - convenient location.

Gosh, after checking just now there are only two currently available in St. Ives. Worth looking at though

It seems like there are less homes available in Mint Hill, but I guess that is because there are less homes there.

There's a nice one off Bartlett Rd... I think its called Stonebridge. I have seen some homes available there.

I like Mint Hill,. because you are 4 miles away from shopping, but may pass cows getting there if you take 51.

I think it's because, as Loves said, more homes are above $300,000.
