Hampton Creek in Ooltewah
Has anyone been to the Hampton Creek Subdivision/Golf Course in Ooltewah near Chattanooga? I am thinking of buying a lot in there to build a home within the next year. Is it a safe coomunity? Anyone know how the traffic is to down town chatt in the morning? Anyone played the course and have an opinion?
Thanks for your comments, I hope they are positive as I am excited,
Marcus

Well, I have no thoughts on Hampton Creek as I am not living in the area but as far as the area it's a great place for a family. I do know it's beautiful with amazing homes being built. I would personally move my family up there in a heart beat. We have a new school being built up there and the existing ones are good. The area is safe, relatively low crime but being developed in a major way. It's close to Chattanooga just off of the interstate so your drive downtown may take less than 30 minutes. I would be excited as well!

I deliver there for Stampers Furniture on a regular basis as well as all over chatt. and it is a very nice subdivision, all of the people that I have met seem to be good folks, friendly. As far as traffic goes it differs from day to day its not to bad for the most part except on Fridays

Hampton Creek
Hampton Creek in Ooltewah is a great place. I have a lot there now and am planning to build very soon. The community is safe and gated. The golf course is a challenging one and has a good reputation. The families there range from young professionals, with or without kids, to the retired empty nesters. Hope this helped.

New Golf FORe-sUM .??
Think last Friday paper had picture and article about the new growth and some morning traffic lines if you need to make a LEFT turn for your commute.
Again that I-75 gets busy crowded in early morning with all the tractor trailer trucks via Atlanta. All sides of the city county growing. Our chamber of c is firing on all 8 cylinders.
Maybe we can all meet for a round of golf, or some boating this summer.?
