Just checked the MLS and spoke with the listing agent, the price is correct at 53k and it is corporate owned in need of some work. |

The house looks pretty nice from the outside - and by the lake, how can you go wrong? The wrought iron fence alone is worth about 5k. |

I did notice that the home was built in 1895. Is that common for that area? In Scottsdale we rarely see homes over 40 years old. |

Sounds like a fun investment. Willard school, as I understand it, is pretty good. So for resale you'd do ok.
