love the Sun Times poll showing Dart & Meeks as tops. They didn't even list Waguespack or Del Valle!

Out. Of. Touch.

Yeah they should have just asked every respondent instead of providing a list to them.

Rahm might not even be able to! If I was any one of the other candidates I would be checking on where he has had his legal residence for the last year.

He's all st. His (and his wife's) legal residence has been in Chicago for years. They're both registered to vote here and claim their Chicago house as primary residence.

I always thought the ability to do that is b.s. in many ways.

At best, he has been an extremely part time resident of Chicago for the last year and a half.

Too many cooks in the kitchen. We might end up with a couple of jokes in the run off.

Yep, it seems like anyone with a pulse and a pair of shoes thinks that they are capable of being mayor now. The next four years are bound to be ugly. The divisions are already taking shape and they will only continue to multiply.

I'm usually a pretty optimistic person, but I see a city whose near-term future is troublesome. Chicago could be a divided, angry and flat broke city for the next four years.

Is there any site that lists people that have formally announced their candidacy? I do not want a list of maybe and might-bes.
