Are you referring to the flash mob involving rapper Machine Gun Kelly at a mall in suburban Cleveland?

If so, while there certainly was some disorderly conduct involved, and arrests were made, that incident was relatively peaceful compared to what's been going on in Chicago. No looting of stores, no violent attacks on innocent bystanders or robbing them of their iPods or whatever.

And other recent "mob" events I've heard and read about in the Cleveland area only involved large groups of youth fighting each other... but they got publicity because they disrupted major events (street festivals, etc.).

I'm not saying that more serious mob attacks can't or won't happen in Ohio... I'm only saying that as far as I can see, they haven't happened yet.

The iPhone 4 32g is $300 with a 2 year contract. The phone company subsidizes the cost of the phone. Buying an iPhone without a contract is much more expensive.
