There are a number of Sonics in Chicagoland. Why would any operator want to put up with the hassles of putting in Chicago city locations when they have better locations available in the suburbs?

Didn't Schlotzsky's nearly go out of business? It's a shell of its former self as most of them have closed down. If you're ever desperate, there's still a handful of 'em up in Milwaukee.
