I am indeed. My views contradict yours strongly, i recommend you resort to evidenced based arguments, and try not to start with the answer so as to instead see what other people are trying to say. You may actually LEARN from me versus arguing with me...

Default you quoted thique?

You quoted thique?? Anyhow, I am missing the connection? My point was simply people who make enough money to party there know about this place, and if you had visited urban types in Southern Manhattan in the past 3 years, you'd know all about this place. You don't so you haven't.. It is you that first said how you lived in NYC and know all about it, not me.

So, I have to say if he can't somewhat answer my question without trying to look up and call for answers for 2 hours, I don't believe he has that NYC Manhattan urban insight. This destroys one of the major background supports from his argument that he keeps in clear view of how "he knows urban better than me" (paraphrased) message.
Most 'native Ny'ers' (which I am not), can't stand Mannhattan! Or atleast could care less about it, other than work (if that's where they have to go). Talk about people walking around and putting 'heirs' on..... Mannhattan is YUPPIE CENTRAL! No 'working guy' from NYC, cares about drinking in the Meat Packing district, or the UES or UWS.

My man Basekamp, would probably be scared to death to EVER drink in Queens, Bronx, or Brooklyn {if} he ever visits NYC.

Default no i wouldn't

I wouln't be scared because those areas are NYC suburbia. Hahaha. Ok I am done baiting you Pitts. Thanks for the engaging dialogue. For your relief you can rest in the fact that I have admitted several times that East Edgewater is urban. In the western area we visited it was not urban, in our opinion, compared to lincoln Square.

"Southern Manhattan"?... Oh... you mean "Mid-town" or "Downtown" Mannhattan...... Base, there is NO WAY you've EVER spent time in Mannhattan. NOT ONE NY'er would say what you just did, NOT ONE!

You keep getting yourself 'caught' but saying things that are clearly absurd!.....

You said in "southern Mannhattan", PERIOD! I've never even heard someone use that expression before. There's Downtown, Mid-town, and Uptown. This just reinforces me saying that you weren't born and raised in ANY city. Even a city the size of Pittsurgh has a downtown, mid-town, and uptown area.

You are clueless to all this 'city talk' ain't you?.....

P.S. 57th street, that's MID-TOWN my man, not "downtown" like you were prenting to know!
