When global climate change has run its course, you'll be able to hop in your car in London, drive the new 40 lane super highway to New York, switch to the US interstates and drive to Chicago, pulling up to the Spire on its grand opening, valet parking included. And the next day, you'll even get to go shopping at Marshall Field's.

I think Chicago should build the spire. The past decade the USA hasnt been building impressive skyscrapers while the world has.
