Since God showed Peter and Paul that the food laws were done away with I wondered how many here would say we should follow them today. Any takers?

To answer my own question I would say that as long as it had a good smoke ring and proper seasoning it would be a good thing.

If I liked Pork that way I would eat it and it would have nothing to do with thumbing my nose at God and telling him he is a liar. It would have everything to do with the fact I was hungry, it was available and I like pork that way.

No because I believe that neither Peter nor Paul stated that the dietary laws were done away with.

Of course I'll eat pork, and any Christian who tells you otherwise is being inconsistent somewhere. I'll bet you they aren't following (or trying to follow) all of the Mosaic Law.

Matthew 15:11 -

"It is not what goes into your mouth that defiles you; you are defiled by the words that come out of your mouth."

If eating pork allows freedom for more cows and dogs, I'm all for it.
